After working at the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS/F) in Washington, DC for three years, I am back home in New York with the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies as a contracted Meeting Planner for their World Congress next June. With my years of association experience, I understand the complex intersections of skills needed for event planning, digital marketing, and publishing. The nature of nonprofit work necessitates wearing many hats in my career, giving me a unique perspective on working with others and high expertise.
I’m a graduate of American University with a BA in journalism and psychology. Since then, I’ve become a published writer, association professional, marketer, publisher, and meeting planner. As well as a proud owner of a rescue corgi!
